Tiger trappedALL of you know that I’m a big admirer of the wildlife on our planet. I accidently stumbled across an article about the global condition and slaughtering of the tigers presence. The headline over at MSN reads  “1,000 tigers killed for body parts in decade“!!!

Some of you may think that’s nothing compared to other species, but you’ve got to look at the WHOLE picture. There are only 3200 tigers left, GLOBALLY! That’s close to a 25% reduction in 10 years.

Needless to say the article made me furious and I’m shocked how far the wildlife crisis has crossed the red line.

progressAnother short, much too short week is coming to the end. The weeks fly by faster than ever and it seems like this catch-up game with my to-do list is everlasting. I must say it has been a very good week though. We’ve got a lot of work done, we’ve acquired another great domain that will help us broaden the Prime.TV horizon. and we’ll eventually add it to our list of development projects.

Enough rambling for now – here is what’s on the blog-post agenda for today.
- Talk about the Prime.TV progress
- New faces in front & behind the cameras
- Some interesting domain news
-  Other news of interest

I’m sorry things haven’t really been up to date over here, but things have almost been out of control these last couple of months. At this point I wish the day had 50 hours, not 24. I barely have time to update my twitter profile, but I’ll try to keep you up to date atleast once a week. Recently I’ve been much involved with the work over at Prime.TV which without a doubt is one of the biggest projects I’ve ever been involved in. It’s such an exciting time and I can’t wait for some of the channels to go live. You can follow us and our updates over at @PrimeTelevision or through the official Prime.TV blog.

I’m also involved with some other design work for a famous norwegian fashion designer, but I can’t say too much about that just yet.

I’ll be back with more soon. Take care for now and while you’re waiting, check out the little post I wrote on the HTC Desire Z.

Asian Hornet I don’t know if this is a good picture of life on the fab side, but it definitely stunned me when I read the article. Swarms of giant asian hornets renowned for their vicious stings and skill at massacring honeybees have settled in France. I have to admit that I first heard about the asian hornet, also known as vespa velutina, many years ago but I didn’t think much of it back then.

Today I found this article in the news about this hornet spreading hysteria in France. The first question I asked myself was how on earth the hornet made its way to France in the first place. I didn’t have to read far to find the answer. Vespa velutina is thought to have arrived in France from the Far East in a consignment of Chinese pottery in late 2004. Once again we can only blame ourselves and face the consequences.
