Some of you have probably figured out by now that I’m a REAL exercise maniac. In all the years I’ve been to the gym and all the years I’ve ecercised at home, I’ve never had the urge to do ANY of the crazy stunts you’re about to see ;) I guess you could say that this video shows you how you should NOT work out. I’ve watched it about 20 times by now and I can’t stop laughing. It’s hilarious!

Now I don’t know about you, but I have always been fascinated by people that know how to dance. If I should be more spot on I should probably say people that know how to breakdance. I remember being amazed by the crazy guys in the Run DMC music video “It’s like that” many years ago. (and that was pretty good breakdancing back then I might add)

So, tonight I found a couple of videos I just had to share with you all. I was taking a break from all the CSS & other web related work and cruised around on youtube. I stumbled across a couple of videos that really amazed me. I’m not familiar with the names of all these guys, but the dancing is mind blowing.

The biggest pop star in history has passed away. “The pop star was pronounced dead by doctors after arriving at a hospital in a deep coma, city and law enforcement sources tell The Times”. According to the LA times pop star Michael Jackson was pronounced dead by doctors this afternoon after arriving at the Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center. Michael Jackon was 51 years old.

I woke up today and I still can’t believe that MJ is no more. Even though an official press release has been posted on the official website of Michael Jackson it’s all so surreal. I’m not the biggest MJ fan, but I really love his music and I respect his work as an artist. His music will always be with us. May his soul rest in peace.
